Where we ship

CapeTown5 ships across India. You can check delivery time for your area with the pincode checker on any product page.

Dispatch and delivery time

Orders are packed and dispatched within 24–48 hours (excluding Sundays and public holidays).
Metro cities: 2–4 working days.
Rest of India: 4–7 working days.
Remote pincodes may take a little longer; the courier's tracking page always has the latest estimate.

Shipping charges

Shipping is free above the order value shown on the cart page. Below that a flat delivery fee applies, and it is displayed before you pay — never added afterwards.

Tracking

As soon as your parcel is picked up you get a tracking link on WhatsApp/SMS. You can also track it any time from My Account → My Orders, or on the Track Order page using your order number and phone number.

Undelivered parcels

Our courier attempts delivery up to three times. If nobody is available, or the address or phone number is incorrect, the parcel returns to us. For prepaid orders we refund in full; for COD orders repeated refusals may restrict COD on the account.

Wrong address

Address change is possible only before dispatch. Contact us immediately at support@capetown5.com or support@capetown5.com.
