These terms govern your use of CapeTown5, on the website and in our Android app. By placing an order or creating an account you accept them.

1. Your account

You must be 18 or older. Keep your password private — you are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect misuse. We may suspend an account that is used for fraud, abuse or repeated failed deliveries.

2. Products, pricing and availability

We try to show colours, fabrics and measurements accurately, but slight variation between the photo and the delivered product is normal. All prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

3. Orders

An order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we confirm it. We may decline or cancel an order if stock has run out, the address is not serviceable, or payment fails verification. In that case you get a full refund.

4. Payment

We accept Cash on Delivery and online payment through our payment gateway. COD may not be available on every pincode or every order value.

5. Shipping, returns and refunds

6. Reseller program

Anyone with an account may join the reselling program free of cost. Resellers share our products and earn a margin and/or commission on delivered orders.

• Earnings are approved only after an order is delivered, and become withdrawable after the holding period shown on your dashboard.
• If an order is cancelled, returned or refused at delivery, the earnings on that order are reversed.
• Payouts are made to the bank or UPI details you provide. Incorrect details are your responsibility.
• Resellers must not advertise using our brand name in a misleading way, promise anything we do not offer, or run paid ads on our brand keywords.
• Fake orders, self-ordering to farm commission, or any manipulation of the earnings system will result in forfeiture of earnings and account closure.

7. Wallet and coupons

Wallet balance and reward coupons have no cash value, cannot be transferred and cannot be withdrawn. They expire as stated at the time they are issued and are lost if you close your account.

8. Content you post

Reviews and photos you upload may be shown publicly on the product page. Do not post anything unlawful, abusive or that is not yours. We may remove any content without notice.

9. Intellectual property

The CapeTown5 name, logo, photographs and site content belong to us and may not be copied or reused without written permission.

10. Liability

To the extent allowed by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for delays caused by couriers, weather, strikes or other events outside our control.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at our registered address have exclusive jurisdiction.
